i found a stylish room it faced the courtyard it was cleaned regularly the staff displayed amazing service consistently dinner and breakfast offered a good experience location was perfect directly on the high street
i noticed during breakfast that the coffee machine experienced issues it took a long time to deliver coffee and it broke during service on both days i was there

the breakfast was lovely, it was a great start to the day. the staff were all so friendly and helpful . the hotel had such a beautiful bar and it was well stocked.
the bathroom was compact, this was difficult. the shower was oddly inaccessible for taller people. i think the dinner in the restaurant was overpriced.

I adored the decor. It felt both classic and fresh! breakfast had many choices, all delicious and beautifully presented. the location was very convenient, i could easily walk to many shops and attractions.
the bathroom lacked a bit of counter space for toiletries, made organizing things slightly difficult.

the location was certainly central. the building had a certain charm. i found the individually designed rooms appealing.
my room was at the top of the hotel, accessible via narrow stairs. this might present challenges for elderly guests. the breakfast coffee machine did not work properly. it took a long time to get a cup, and the machine broke down on both mornings.
